Prior Indentures definition

Prior Indentures means collectively the trust indentures between the Authority and the Prior Trustees with respect to the Prior Bonds

Prior Indentures means the Series 1987 Indenture, the Series 0000 Xxxxxxxxx and the Series 1992 Indenture.

Prior Indentures means the 9 1/2% Debentures Indenture, the Medium-Term Notes Indenture, the Fixed Rate Senior Note Indenture and the Floating Rate Senior Note Indenture.

• The Company covenants that such additional amounts as may be required to redeem the Prior Bonds in accordance with Section 3.1 hereof will be timely deposited with the Prior Trustee pursuant to the Prior Indentures for such purpose.

More Definitions of Prior Indentures

Prior Indentures means the Indenture of Trust, dated as of June 1, 1974 between the Port and the Series 1974A Trustee (the "Series 1974A Indenture"), and the Trust Indenture, dated as of April 1, 1977 between the Issuer and the Series 1977 Trustee (the "Series 1977 Indenture"). Projects - shall mean, collectively, the facilities, as described more fully in each Exhibit A to the Prior Agreements.

Prior Indentures means, collectively, (i) the Indenture of Trust, dated as of June 1, 2009, between the Authority and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, as amended and supplemented, (ii) the Indenture of Trust, dated as of January 1, 2010 between the Authority and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, as amended and supplemented, (iii) the Indenture of Trust, dated as of June 1, 2010 between the Authority and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, as amended and supplemented, (iv) the Indenture of Trust, dated as of June 1, 2012, between the Authority and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, as amended and supplemented, and (v) the Indenture of Trust, dated as of May 1, 2018, between the Authority and Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as Trustee, as amended and supplemented.

Prior Indentures has the meaning specified in Section 1101.
