Prior Debtors definition
Prior Debtors means, collectively: Sungard Availability Services Capital, Inc.; Sungard Availability Services Holdings, LLC; Sungard Availability Network Solutions, Inc.; Sungard Availability Services Technology, LLC; Sungard Availability Services, LP; Inflow, LLC; and Sungard Availability Services Vericenter, Inc. in their capacity as debtors in the Prior Cases.
