Aniwaa Pte Ltd accepts and agrees to such mission, and agrees to be subject to the general supervision, advice and direction of 3D Printing Materials Store.
Aniwaa Pte Ltd shall not have the right to enter into any contracts or commitments for or on behalf of 3D Printing Materials Store without first obtaining the express written consent of 3D Printing Materials Store.
Aniwaa Pte Ltd shall be paid a commission for all products and services sales made by 3D Printing Materials Store with a lead customer transmitted by Aniwaa Pte Ltd for a period of 365 days, from the date the customer lead was transmitted to 3D Printing Materials Store.
