For Inkjet Printing Systems Equipment, after the NCR periods, Kodak will refurbish or exchange for refurbished printheads that are returned to Kodak’s location, at then-current prices in accordance with Kodak's Printhead Refurbishment and Exchange Policy.
Printhead warranty, including thermal printhead, does not cover printheads that have been misused, altered, neglected, handled carelessly, or damaged due to improper cleaning or unauthorized repairs.
If the use or sale of the Printhead is enjoined, RICOH shall have the right, at its option to (a) replace or modify the Printhead, (b) procure for LICENSEE the right to continue use of the Printhead, or (c) repurchase the Printhead from LICENSEE and refund the purchase price paid, less a reasonable amount for use, depreciation, damage and obsolescence.
