Printed Products definition

Printed Products printed products set out in the Order Form; “Products” - Website, Printed Products and Other Products set out in the Order Form; “Services” - creating the Products;
Printed Products means products for sale resulting from the printing, incorporation, reproduction or placement of words, artwork, designs or images on paper or other tangible media, regardless of style, content, production methodology or specifications.
Printed Products is defined in Section 9.7(c)(v) of the Agreement.

  • For the purposes hereof, "Printed Products" shall mean products for sale resulting from the printing, incorporation, reproduction or placement of words, artwork, designs or images on paper or other tangible media, regardless of style, content, production methodology or specifications.

  • The Supplier further reserves the right to dispose of the Printed Products after one (1) month since the Printed Products passed into the Supplier’s possession, custody or control without notice to the Customer.

  • Buyer and Seller wish to enter into this Agreement to govern the non-exclusive purchase and sale of Printed Products destined to customers in the world located outside of the Exclusive Territory (the "Non-Exclusive Territory").
