Print Advertising definition

Print Advertising means print advertising space in PRIMEDIA's consumer, enthusiast and business-to-business publications (the "Publications").
Print Advertising. ’ means any form of advertising expressed or otherwise communi- cated, in any fashion, through the use of billboards, newspapers, handbills or mailings, but shall not include any (A) employment ads or (B) ads in the classified advertising section of a newspaper; and

Examples of Print Advertising in a sentence

  • Alloy shall invoice and collect payments from third parties for Print Advertising (“Print Revenues”) regardless of whether Agent, the Company or another Person was the procuring source of such revenues and shall pay to the Company twenty-five percent (25%) of the difference between Print Revenues less any third party commission costs incurred by Alloy and Print Costs (“Print Fees”).

  • For the avoidance of doubt, (i) no Print Fees shall be owed to Company for any Print Advertising placed on behalf of a third party unless and until such monies have been collected from such third party client by Alloy, but Alloy shall be responsible for paying associated Print Costs; and (ii) no Print Fees or Print Costs shall be owed to Company for any product integrations to the extent such product integrations were offered to a third party as a value added on component.

  • The series is being tested through several direct response marketing avenues such as; Infomercial, Direct Response Print Advertising and Direct Mail.

  • You must notify us in writing of your intent not to renew at least 30 days prior to (i) for any Print Advertising, the subsequent directory issue’s Close Date; or (ii) for any other Service, the expiration of the then-current Term.

  • Average income from the IBP Compensation System has not been established and false income claims as well as income claims on social media are grounds for termination Internet and Print Advertising Policy.

  • For any print directory Service (“Print Advertising”), the Term shall begin on the date of first publication of the Print Advertising.

  • Microsoft will award Learning Partner the corresponding number of points listed below for each eligible Marketing Activity it successfully completes in accordance with the Marketing Plan approved by Microsoft during H2 FY16: Demand Generation Print Advertising 2 different final PDF files utilizing campaign resources 10 pts.

  • Such “Renewal Term” shall be, unless otherwise specified in the Order, (i) for any Print Advertising, for a period equal to the Initial Term; and (ii) for any other Service, on a month-to-month basis.
