Principal Subcontractor means the Subcontractor to whom the Contractor subcontracts performance of all or a major part of the Services;

Principal Subcontractor means those Subcontractors presented by Contractor and approved by PRASA at the time of entering into this Agreement. Such Principal Subcontractors are listed in Section 3.12.   • Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.

  • Key Subcontractor means any subcontractor that will (a) fill any of the following key project roles: project management, lead design firm, quality control management, and quality assurance management or (b) serve as a key task leader for geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, structural, environmental, utility or right-of-way issues.
