Principal Resident definition

Principal Resident means a human being who occupies a residential unit as their Principal Residence.
Principal Resident means the Resident formally designated by their Program Director as the Principal Resident for the following list of Residency Programs with Distributed Residency Training Tracks:
Principal Resident means up to two adults dwelling in the same residence that have registered their membership.

Examples of Principal Resident in a sentence

  • If Principal Resident is a student, Resident understands that continued residence in the Premises is expressly contingent upon the Resident’s enrollment for not less than six (6) undergraduate hours per semester, one (1) graduate hour per semester, or continuous registration for up to four (4) terms, except during summer sessions.

  • If Principal Resident is a University employee, Resident understands that continued residence in the Premises is expressly contingent upon the Resident’s continued employment by the University as a full-time regular employee (State Classified or Administrative Professional).
