Principal Plus means we will recover our commission from your UK commercial debtor subject to clause 6.3;

  • Accounts are not permitted to directly exchange Units of the Principal Plus Portfolio for Units of the NextGen Savings Portfolio.

  • In addition, in order to limit indirect exchanges between the Principal Plus Portfolio and the NextGen Savings Portfolio, whenever an Account exchanges Units of the Principal Plus Portfolio for Units of any Portfolio(s) other than the NextGen Savings Portfolio, for the next 90 days, the dollar value of all such exchanges will be aggregated by Portfolio (the “aggregated amount”).

  • Principal Payment Any payment of principal on a Mortgage Loan other than a Principal Prepayment.

  • Principal Payment Date means, if applicable, each date designated as such in the Series Term Sheet.
