Accounts are not permitted to directly exchange Units of the Principal Plus Portfolio for Units of the NextGen Savings Portfolio.
In addition, in order to limit indirect exchanges between the Principal Plus Portfolio and the NextGen Savings Portfolio, whenever an Account exchanges Units of the Principal Plus Portfolio for Units of any Portfolio(s) other than the NextGen Savings Portfolio, for the next 90 days, the dollar value of all such exchanges will be aggregated by Portfolio (the “aggregated amount”).
