Principal Instruments definition
Principal Instruments shall have the meaning specified in section 4.2 of this Agreement.
Principal Instruments means each of the documents or instruments required to be delivered by the Secretary of Energy pursuant to Section 4.2 of the Note Purchase Agreement.
Principal Instruments means the Pledged Lessor Notes, the Lease Indentures, the Participation Agreements and the Leases.
