Principal Allocation definition

Principal Allocation. Lender would determine to allocate to the Substitute Property must be at least equal to the amount of the then remaining Principal Allocation for the proposed Replaced Property, and the loan-to-value ratio for the Lender’s proposed Principal Allocation for the Substitute Property, based upon a current MAI appraisal in accordance with subparagraph (h) below, must be at least equal to the then current loan-to-value ratio for the proposed Replaced Property. In its underwriting and pricing analysis, Lender may review items such as, but not limited to, location, occupancy, lease term, rollover, tenant exposure, tenant’s credit, average daily room rates and operating statements.

Examples of Principal Allocation in a sentence

  • To the extent that the product of (A) the portion of the Insolvency Proceeds allocated to Collections of Principal Receivables and (B) the Principal Allocation Percentage with respect to the related Monthly Period exceeds the aggregate amounts distributed to the Paying Agent pursuant to the preceding sentence, the excess shall be distributed to the Paying Agent for payment to the Collateral Interest Holder on such Distribution Date.

  • With respect to each Monthly Period, the Indenture Trustee, at the direction of the Servicer, shall allocate to each Series of Notes an amount equal to the product of (i) the Principal Allocation Percentage for Principal Collections for such Monthly Period for such Series and (ii) the Principal Collections for such Monthly Period.

  • Such reduction in the Class Investor Interest will not result in any change in any numerator for purposes of determining any Class Percentage with respect to such Class if a Fixed Principal Allocation Event with respect to such Series has previously occurred.

  • To the extent that the product of (A) the portion of the Insolvency Proceeds allocated to Series 1997-1 Allocable Principal Collections and (B) the Principal Allocation Percentage with respect to the related Monthly Period exceeds the aggregate amounts distributed to the Paying Agent pursuant to the preceding sentence, the excess shall be allocated to the Transferor's Interest and shall be released to the Holders of the Transferor Certificates on such Distribution Date.

  • For each Tranche of Class B Notes, the Class B Usage of Class C Notes shall increase, and the Class B Available Subordinated Amount of Class C Notes shall decrease (each determined after giving effect to step (16) of this Subordination Waterfall), by an amount equal to the portion of the Class C Principal Allocation applied to the Class B Tranche Interest Allocation Shortfall for such Tranche pursuant to step (39) of the Cash Flows.

Principal Allocation. Principal distribution amounts will be allocated to holders of Floating-rate Certificates (holders of Class A-IO Certificates will not be entitled to distributions with respect to principal) on each Distribution Date in the following priority: FOR PERIODS PRIOR TO THE STEPDOWN DATE (AS DEFINED HEREIN) OR WHILE A TRIGGER EVENT (AS DEFINED HEREIN) EXISTS:
Principal Allocation means a fraction determined by the Intercreditor Collateral Agent as of the date on which the Intercreditor Collateral Agent receives Proceeds (i) the numerator of which, in respect of any Secured Party, shall equal all Principal Obligations owing to such Secured Party and notified in writing by the applicable Notifying Secured Party to the Intercreditor Collateral Agent as of such date and (ii) the denominator of which shall equal all Principal Obligations owing to all Secured Parties and notified in writing applicable Notifying Secured Party to the Intercreditor Collateral Agent as of such date.
