Prime Shift definition

Prime Shift means the hours between 08:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday, excluding English Public Holidays;
Prime Shift means 06:00 to 22:00 Eastern Time on Business Days.
Prime Shift means 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the local time zone where you receive the Service, Monday through Friday (excluding statutory holidays).

  • IBM will use commercially reasonable efforts to respond, by telephone, to Service calls from Client within two hours during Prime Shift.
