Prime Services means the Goldman Sachs business that provides prime brokerage, administrative and other services.

  • The scope of any such audit will be jointly agreed to by Client and Coinbase in advance of any audit, provided that neither party shall be unreasonable with respect to the scope of such audit, and shall not include items other than those relevant to the Prime Services Coinbase provides to Client.
