PRIME Fund definition

PRIME Fund means the designation given by Participants delivering Investment Funds for investment to indicate that such Investment Funds are to be invested in accordance with the Investment Policy.
PRIME Fund shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 6.3 hereof.

Related to PRIME Fund

  • Sub-Fund means a segregated pool of assets and liabilities into which the Trust Fund is divided, established under the Trust Deed and the relevant supplemental deed as a separate trust as described in the relevant Appendix.

  • Enterprise Fund means the enterprise fund of the Recipient in which Revenues are deposited.

  • Revenue Fund means the fund so designated in, and created pursuant to, Section 502 hereof.

  • State Fund means a component of the Settlement Fund described in subsection VIII.D.

  • Private Fund means an issuer that would be an investment company as defined in section 3 of the Investment Company Act of 1940 but for Section 3(c)(1) or 3(c)(7) of that Act.
