Prime Contact definition

Prime Contact. See Schedule 5
Prime Contact means the primary technical representative for the communication of information between the Parties for any matters arising in connection with the provisions of this SLA.
Prime Contact as used in this clause, means an Agreement or contractual action entered into by the OWNER for the purpose of obtaining supplies, materials, equipment, construction or services of any kind.

Prime Contact means a contract between RP and its customer.

Expenses: Casper Sleep Inc. will pay for all legitimate, reasonable, documented business expenses for the duration of the work order including, airfare, hotel, car rental, transportation to/from hotel/home, communication services, office supplies and actual meal expenses in accordance with Casper Sleep Inc. policies. Expenses also will be payable consistent with fees. Related to Prime Contact

  • Direct contact means the contact of persons with high voltage live parts.

  • Sexual contact means any touching of an erogenous zone of another, including without limitation the thigh, genitals, buttock, pubic region, or, if the person is a female, a breast, for the purpose of sexually arousing or gratifying either person.

The contact person shall be the point of contact for the CMS for any technical questions that may arise during the term of this Agreement. If the Reporter changes its technical contact person, the Reporter shall notify the CMS in writing within thirty (30) working days of the transfer and provide the information listed below for the new contact person.
