Primary wage earner definition
Primary wage earner means the parent in a two-parent assistance unit who earned the greater amount of income in the 24-month period immediately preceding the month in which an application for assistance is submitted.
Primary wage earner means the parent in the two- parent household who earned more income than the other parent in the last twelve months.
