Primary roads refer to gravel roads (regional roads with asphalt pavement in rural areas (capillary), where the traffic starts to build); secondary roads refer to the regional roads which integrate local roads and where traffic flows generate; tertiary roads refer to trunk roads whereby access to the main TEN-T networks is guaranteed.
