Primary Renter definition

Primary Renter means the renter that has filled out the primary renter section of the vacation rental agreement and is responsible for all communication with property manager/owner on behalf of the Group.

  • Guests whom are on the contract are asked to filter all communication through the Primary Renter.

  • ACTIVITY The tenant shall use the premises for legal purposes only, any other such use that includes but is not limited to illicit drug use, verbal or physical abuse of any persons, or illegal sexual behavior shall cause the immediate expulsion of *Primary Renter and guests, with NO REFUND of the pre-paid rent.

  • Primary Renter is responsible for all communication with the Property Manager/Owner.

  • Primary Renter agrees that SVI may use any address, email or phone number on file with SVI (as provided above) to contact you concerning the Vault.

  • Primary Renter shall be responsible for any costs that SVI incurs in this process including drilling fees, notary fees, shipping, storage expenses or other costs associated with terminating the Agreement.

  • Primary Renter and all Additional Persons agree that SVI shall not be liable for any loss sustained by Primary Renter or Additional Persons, unless such loss is caused by some specific and clearly proven willful act of SVI.

  • The Primary Renter, for himself or herself and for his or her heirs, successors and representatives, agrees to release, discharge and hold SVI harmless from any claims, damages or losses related to Vault access as provided in this section.

  • Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, the following: - Failure of the Primary Renter to pay rent as set forth in FAILURE TO PAY RENT provision of the Agreement.

  • The Primary Renter will have the only Key to access the Vault and will take appropriate action to safeguard the Key.

  • If SVI has a credit card on file for the Primary Renter, SVI may charge such owed fees on the credit card.
