primary relationship definition
primary relationship means a relationship between a customer, on the one hand, and a branch of Seller or a Branch Office to be acquired by Purchaser, as applicable, on the other hand, based on the criteria set forth in Schedule 1.3(b)(iv) hereto; and
primary relationship means that the holder of the account is either (i) a member of the immediate family of the holder of a "Moneta Referral Account" designated in accordance with clause (b) above, (ii) a trust or other fiduciary account as to which the holder of a "Moneta Referral Account" is either the settlor or the fiduciary, or (iii) an account which is established by or for the benefit of an entity or person which is controlled by or under common control with the holder of a "Moneta Referral Account" designated in accordance with clause (b) above.
primary relationship means the person is: (a) a member of the "immediate family" of the Account Holder, (b) a trust or other fiduciary account of which the Account Holder is either the settlor or the fiduciary; or (c) an account established by or for the benefit of an entity or person that is controlled by or under common control with the Account Holder. An "immediate family" member as used herein shall mean the spouse, direct lineal descendant or parent of an Account Holder.
