Primary program definition

Primary program means a consumer, revolving credit financing program similar to the Program, that must be offered to customers and used by you prior to any non-Primary Program, excluding general purpose credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and similar network based cards not sponsored by you and/or not bearing your trade name, logo, or trademark. For clarity, a lease program offered by you to customers is not a Primary Program and is not subject to the restrictions of 17.14.

  • Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed. Application programs are developed or otherwise acquired by the user of the Hardware/Software system, but they may be supplied by the Contractor.
