Primary Product Presentation definition

Primary Product Presentation means a full product presentation during a call in which key messages related to a Product are presented in the first position and in a balanced manner consistent with the terms of this Agreement, and at least fifty percent (50%) of the total time of the call is spent on such presentation.
Primary Product Presentation means a detail during a face-to-face sales call to a potential prescriber of the Product in which no more than, in aggregate, [***] products (includes Product and Diagnostic Products Group) are presented and the Product receives, on average, at least [***] percent ([***]%) or more of the total call time of the detail; provided, however, that all calls where at least [***] minutes are spent on the Product but such time spent does not account for at least [***] percent ([***]%) of the total call time will also be deemed to qualify for a Primary Product Presentation.

More Definitions of Primary Product Presentation

Primary Product Presentation means a promotional message involving a Product where such Product is given an important emphasis (but not an emphasis that is significantly less important than the emphasis given to other products) during a sales call.
