Primary Permitted Use definition

Primary Permitted Use is defined in the Basic Lease Information.
Primary Permitted Use means a Surgery Clinic or Primary Health Care Centre for the provision of medical services under the NHS, other ancillary primary, community health and social care purposes, any other primary and community healthcare purposes within the meaning of Use Classes D1 of the Schedule to the Town & Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987 as originally enacted
Primary Permitted Use means that the tenant designates fifty per cent (50%) or more of the retail floor area of the applicable Leased Premises for use in accordance with this Master Lease. Tenant’s rights under this paragraph 1c become null and void, and Tenant will lose all rights herein, if Tenant ceases to use the applicable Leased Premises for the Primary Permitted Use of the operation of a photography studio; if Tenant Defaults (as defined in this Master Lease) as to the applicable Leased Premises; or if Tenant Transfers (as defined in this Master Lease) this Master Lease, either in its entirety or as to an applicable Leased Premises, or its rights or interests in this Master Lease, or sublets all or any portion of any Leased Premises Tenant leases under this Master Lease.

Examples of Primary Permitted Use in a sentence

  • To the extent permitted under applicable Legal Requirements and under Insurance Requirements, and so long as the same do not detract in any material manner from the Primary Intended Use and do not occupy more than ten percent (10%) of the useable floor area of the building comprising the Facility, such uses as Lessee reasonably determines are appropriate and incidental to the Primary Permitted Use.

  • Tenant may also use the Premises for fundraising activities, special events and other purposes (e.g., as extra classroom space for other programs, or for conferences or conventions), so long as such uses are incidental to and are not disruptive of the Primary Permitted Use.

  • The Patio Space shall be used solely for outdoor dining in conjunction with the aforementioned Primary Permitted Use.

  • OTHER PERMITTED USES: To the extent permitted under applicable Legal Requirements and under Insurance Requirements, and so long as the same do not detract in any material manner from the Primary Intended Use and do not occupy more than ten percent (10%) of the useable floor area of the building comprising the Facility, such uses as Lessee reasonably determines are appropriate and incidental to the Primary Permitted Use.

  • Tenant shall be entitled to make any alterations, additions, modifications or improvements (hereafter sometimes collectively called the “Alterations”) to the Premises as may be necessary or desirable for the use of the Premises for the Primary Permitted Use and uses ancillary thereto, subject to receiving Landlord’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.

  • ORIGINAL MEDITRUST INVESTMENT: The sum of Dollars and /00 ($ Other Permitted Uses: To the extent permitted under applicable Legal Requirements and under Insurance Requirements, and so long as the same do not detract in any material manner from the Primary Intended Use and do not occupy more than ten percent (10"%) of the useable floor area of the building comprising the Facility, such uses as Lessee reasonably determines are appropriate and incidental to the Primary Permitted Use.
