Primary Packaging Materials definition
Primary Packaging Materials means the components and other materials utilized by Sharp in connection with the packaging of the Products supplied by Manufacturer.
Primary Packaging Materials means primary packaging materials are those materials that are required for packing, bottling and labeling without which the product cannot assume its final identity with its brand name or without which the product cannot be sold.

ALP will permit any Regulators to inspect the Facilities and any machinery, equipment, utilities at ALP or Primary Packaging Materials used in Processing, and any PathoGenesis Materials, PathoGenesis Equipment and Finished Product located at ALP.
