Landlord understands and acknowledges that Tenant operates a manufacturing facility at the Premises that may be adversely affected by noise or vibrations caused by construction activities on the Primary Lot or the Expansion Lot.
Tenant shall have the right, without the consent of Landlord, to display Tenant identification signage on the exterior and interior of the Building, in the parking areas serving the Building and on the Primary Lot.
