Primary Lawyer definition

Primary Lawyer means the lawyer in the Opinion Giver’s organization who signs this opinion letter; any lawyer in the Opinion Giver’s organization who has active involvement in negotiating the Loan, preparing the Loan Documents or preparing this opinion letter; and solely as to information relevant to a particular opinion issue or confirmation regarding a particular factual matter (e.g., pending or threatened legal proceedings), any lawyer in the Opinion Giver’s organization who is primarily responsible for providing the response concerning that particular opinion issue or confirmation. “Primary Lawyer Group” means all of the Primary Lawyers when there is more than one.
Primary Lawyer means each lawyer in such counsel's Firm who gave substantive attention to representations of the Company in connection with the transaction described in the Prospectus.
Primary Lawyer means (a) the lawyer within ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who signs the opinion letter; (b) any lawyer within ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who has active involvement in negotiating the Transaction, preparing documents relating to the Transaction or preparing the opinion letter; (c) any lawyer within ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who has done substantive work for the Issuers and the Guarantors since January 1, 2003; and (d) solely as to information relevant to a particular opinion issue or confirmation regarding a particular factual matter (▇.▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or threatened legal proceedings), any lawyer within ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ who is primarily responsible for providing the response concerning that particular opinion or confirmation.

  • Whenever an Opinion Letter qualifies an Opinion or confirmation of fact by the words "to our knowledge," "known to us" or words of similar meaning, the quoted words mean the current awareness by lawyers in the Primary Lawyer Group of information such lawyers recognize as relevant to the Opinion or confirmation so qualified.

Related to Primary Lawyer

  • Primary Listing means the single White Pages directory listing for residence and business Customers provided by CBT, and the basic Yellow Pages directory listing provided for business Customers by Publisher. Each telephone configuration that allows a terminating call to ▇▇▇▇ for an available line among a series of lines shall be considered a single Customer entitled to a single primary listing.

  • Cooperating country national (“CCN”) means an individual who is a cooperating country citizen or a non-cooperating country citizen lawfully admitted for permanent residence in the cooperating country.

  • Primary care physician means a physician qualified to be an attending physician according to ORS 656.005(12)(b)(A) and who is a general practitioner, family practitioner, or internal medicine practitioner.

  • Fire hazard means any situation, process, material or condition which may cause a fire or explosion or provide a ready fuel supply to increase the spread or intensity of the fire or explosion and which poses a threat to life or property;
