Primary Laws definition

Primary Laws means any Canadian federal and/or provincial legislation that addresses the protection of individualspersonal information.

  • Primary Laws, Rules, & Regulations Regarding Association with Inmates (from CDCR 181 Rev 5/98) Individuals who are not CDCR employees, but who are working in and around inmates who are incarcerated within California’s institutions/facilities or camps, are to be apprised of the laws, rules and regulations governing conduct in associating with prison inmates.

  • CDCR/CCHCS shall furnish Contractor with a copy of the Primary Laws, Rules, and Regulations Regarding Conduct and Association with State Prison Inmates Form (CDCR 181) upon request.

  • All personnel who will need one-time or ongoing access to a CDCR facility will be required by CDCR to complete Gate Clearance Request and Primary Laws, Rules, and Regulations Regarding Conduct and Association with State Prison individuals.

  • By entering into this Agreement, Contractor agrees to adhere to the Primary Laws, Rules, and Regulations Regarding Conduct and Association with State Prison Inmates (previously titled Secretary’s Digest of Laws Related to Association with Prison Inmates), and other bylaws, rules, policies, and procedures that apply to CDCR/DJJ institutions/facilities, maintain all CDCR/DJJ security measures, and provide a safe work environment at all times.
