Primary Fund definition

Primary Fund means the fund in respect of which an investor is redeeming units when switching from one fund to another.
Primary Fund means Global Infrastructure Partners V-A/B, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership.

  • Nonprofits establishing an Endowed Fund may choose how the Fund will be invested initially, and the Primary Fund Representative may change the investment recommendation on an annual basis in December.
