Primary Date definition

Primary Date means, with respect to either Owner or Pavilion, one of the forty (40) dates each Season which may be selected pursuant to the provisions of Section 5.02 by such party as a date which is primarily available to such selecting party at the Facility as described in and governed by the provisions of Section 5.02 of this Agreement.

  • The party desiring an exchange of a Primary Date must have both a committed booking for the other party's Primary Date which is desired and must make the request no more than six (6) weeks prior to such desired Primary Date.
