Primary Control definition

Primary Control. (and the correlative meanings of the terms “controlled by” and “under common control with”) means, with respect to this definition ofPrimary Affiliate”, the direct or indirect ownership of more than fifty percent (50%) of the outstanding voting stock of such Person. “Real Property” means, collectively, the Land, Improvements and Fixtures.
