Primary Care Givers definition
Primary Care Givers are practitioners who will assume the principal role for the care and attention of a child/children. The employer may require confirmation of primary care giver status.
Primary Care Givers means that individual(s) or, as in the case of this agreement, organization, primarily responsible for providing care and support to a terminally ill, HOSPICE patient.
