If Seller has not received notification from Customer by the fourteenth day, Seller shall so notify the Primary Contact Person pursuant to Section 17.2. If within two business days of Customer's receipt of such notice, Customer has not notified Seller whether the Primary Build meets Provisional Acceptance Standards, Seller may issue a Notice of Completion.
