PRIMARY BANKING RELATIONSHIP. At all times that Lender has any outstanding commitments for a loan or loans to Borrower, Borrower shall maintain its primary banking accounts with Lender.
PRIMARY BANKING RELATIONSHIP. ASI and Yuma shall maintain their Primary Banking Relationships with Lender, defined as the preponderance of their deposit accounts, balances and loan activity.
