Primary Applicant definition

Primary Applicant means an eligible individual who submits a completed Application for coverage under this Contract on behalf of himself and his eligible dependents, or on behalf of an eligible Primary Applicant for child-only coverage under this Contract.
Primary Applicant means a person who signs the completed Application.
Primary Applicant means the applicant responsible for the conduct and reporting of the proposed research. The Primary Applicant has ultimate responsibility over all aspects of the research grant and reporting.
