Pricing Section definition

Pricing Section means the schedule of prices, estimated order quantity, and totals used to evaluate the solicitation.
Pricing Section means the pages, contained in wvOASIS upon which Vendor should list its proposed price for the Contract Items.
Pricing Section means the pages upon which Vendor should list its proposed price for the Contract Services.

  • Provider shall be compensated for its Emergency Services based on the Pricing Section below.

  • The FBR developed on each Rate Development Template and the FBR entered in RFP Section B.4, Task Order Pricing (Section J – Attachment 06), shall be identical.
