Pricing Dates definition
Pricing Dates means date(s) that determine the valuation of the Reference Index used in the current MarketSafe CD(s) Product Issue as outlined in the Term Sheet.
Pricing Dates shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3.1(d).

More Definitions of Pricing Dates
Pricing Dates for any date means such date and the first two Business Days immediately preceding such date, except that if such date is the date of this Agreement, then the "Pricing Dates" for such date means such date and the first two Business Days immediately succeeding such date; provided that if the Specified Price is determined on the basis of quotations from Referenced Dealers, the Pricing Date shall not include any preceding Business Days for which the Specified Price was also determined on the basis of quotations from Referenced Dealers.
