Pricing Authority definition

Pricing Authority means any supranational, national, regional, state or local Regulatory Authority in any jurisdiction, in or outside of the Territory, whose approval or authorization of pricing or reimbursement is required for Commercialization of Product and Infusion set in such jurisdiction and/or for reimbursement of Product and Infusion set by national health insurance (or its local equivalent) or other governmental payors in such jurisdiction.
Pricing Authority means the Department of General Services[,] or the Pricing and Selection Committee for [the] Blind Industries and Services of Maryland [Pricing Committee, or the State Pricing and Selection Committee for] and the Employment Works Program.
