Price Target definition

Price Target means expectations of research analyst on the future performance of specific securities;
Price Target shall be achieved if the simple average of the last reported sale prices (or closing prices, if applicable) per share of the Option Shares as reported by the Nasdaq Stock Market (or any other automated quotation service or national securities exchange upon which the Option Shares may then be quoted or listed for trading) for the thirty (30) calendar day period ending on the day immediately preceding the date of determination (with such sale prices or closing prices adjusted appropriately for any stock splits, stock dividends, reverse stock splits, stock combinations and the like occurring during such thirty (30) calendar day period), is equal to or greater than $57.41, subject to Participant’s continued employment or service with the Corporation or one of its Subsidiaries on such vesting date.
Price Target means, in the case of a Determination Date, the price target for such Determination Date as established by the Committee on or prior to the Grant Date.

More Definitions of Price Target

Price Target means any SLM BankCo Stock Price (or Prices) that is (or are) specified as an exercisability trigger in a SLM BankCo Option.
Price Target means that the closing price of NCR Shares reported on the Applicable Exchange is at or above $35 for any 20 consecutive trading days during the Performance Period. In the event of your Termination of Employment for any reason prior to a Vesting Date, except as specifically provided in Section 4 below, the unvested portion of the Stock Units will terminate and be forfeited (for example, if your Termination of Employment were to occur after achievement of the Price Target but prior to the third anniversary of the Grant Date, all of the Stock Units would terminate and be forfeited). The Stock Units are referred to in this Agreement as “Vested” to the extent they have become vested pursuant to this Section 2 or Section 4 below.
Price Target has the meaning given to it in Clause 3.2;
Price Target shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(b)(iv).

Related to Price Target

  • Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume. “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted.

  • M2 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 65.70% minus the Additional Required Enhancement Percentage and (ii) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Pool Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Performance Targets means the specific objective goal or goals (which may be cumulative and/or alternative) that are timely set in writing by the Committee for each Executive for the Performance Period in respect of any one or more of the Business Criteria.

  • Relative Total Shareholder Return or “Relative TSR” means the Company’s TSR compared to the Peer Companies TSR on a relative basis. The Company and the Peer Companies from highest to lowest according to their respective TSRs will determine Relative TSR. After this ranking, the percentile performance of the Company relative to the Peer Companies will be determined using the Percentrank formula in Microsoft Excel.

  • M4 Target Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the lesser of (a) the product of (i) 95.30% and (ii) the Aggregate Loan Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period and (b) the amount, if any, by which (i) the Aggregate Loan Balance for such Distribution Date determined as of the last day of the related Collection Period exceeds (ii) 0.50% of the Cut-off Date Balance.

  • Bonus Target means the annual bonus that the Executive would have received in a fiscal year under the AIP Plan and/or the EIC Plan, if the target goals had been achieved.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • EBITDA Target means the Company's projected earnings before interest, taxes, one-time transition expenses, non-cash compensation expense charges, depreciation and amortization, as contained in the Company's budget for the Applicable Period and which is approved by the Board (without reference to any adjustments or revision, upwards or downwards, to such projected earnings which are subsequently approved by the Board as part of any subsequent revision to such budget), and (ii) the term "Financial Results" shall mean the Company's EBITDA calculated by reference to the Company's financial statements for the Applicable Period as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in each KPI;

  • Total Shareholder Return means the total return (change in share price plus reinvestment of any dividends) of a Share.

  • Highest Closing Price means the highest closing price for shares of Substitute Common Stock within the six-month period immediately preceding the date the Substitute Option Holder gives notice of the required repurchase of the Substitute Option or the Substitute Share Owner gives notice of the required repurchase of the Substitute Shares, as applicable.

  • Target Value shall have the meaning stated in Section 7.2 of Schedule D to this Agreement.

  • Applicable Stock Price means, in respect of a Conversion Date, the average of the Closing Sale Prices per share of Common Stock over the five-Trading Day period starting the third Trading Day following such Conversion Date.

  • Underlying Reference Closing Price Value means, in respect of a SPS Valuation Date, the Closing Level in respect of such day.

  • Initial Closing Price means the RI Closing Value of a Reference Item on the Strike Date

  • Target means Trans-European Automated Real-time Gross Settlement Express Transfer payment system.

  • Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.

  • Closing Stock Price means the Stock Price as of the last day of any Performance Measurement Period.
