Price Return Index definition

Price Return Index means the Russell 1000® Growth Index (Bloomberg ticker symbol “RLG <Index>” (or any successor thereto)).
Price Return Index means the Alerian MLP Infrastructure Index.

  • Because the S&P 500® Index (Price Return Index), the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ 2000® Index (Price Return Index) and the MSCI EAFE Index (Price Return Index) are each comprised of a collection of equity securities, in each case the value of the component securities is subject to market risk, or the risk that market fluctuations may cause the value of the component securities to go up or down, sometimes rapidly and unpredictably.

  • The Corporations' only relationship to Forethought Life Insurance Company (“Licensee”) is in the licensing of the Nasdaq®, and certain trade names of the Corporations and the use of the Nasdaq-100 Price Return Index which is determined, composed and calculated by Nasdaq without regard to Licensee or the Product(s).

  • The following Securities Indices are currently available: S&P 500® Index (Price Return Index).

  • In particular, Investors should note that the Index Sponsors and, if relevant, their affiliates: • are responsible only for composing and calculating the S&P/ASX 200 Price Return Index, the S&P500 Price Return Index and/or the Eurostoxx 50 Price Return Index (the “Relevant Index”).

  • Nasdaq has no obligation to take the needs of the Licensee or the owners of the Product(s) into consideration in determining, composing or calculating the Nasdaq-100 Price Return Index.

Related to Price Return Index

  • RPIX Index shall have the meaning given to it in paragraph 5.4 of Schedule 3 (Charging Structure) of this Framework Agreement;

  • CPI Index is defined in Section 2.1(c) of this Agreement.

  • CMT Index Not applicable.

  • SIFMA Index means the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association Municipal Swap Index, produced by Municipal Market Data, or if such index is not published, then such other index selected by the Treasurer which reflects the yield of tax-exempt seven-day variable rate demand bonds.

  • Compounded Index means either the SONIA Compounded Index or the SOFR Compounded Index, as specified in the relevant Final Terms;
