Examples of Price Options in a sentence

  • No further adjustment to the Exercise Price will be made upon the actual issuance of such Common Stock upon the exercise of such Below Base Price Options or upon the exercise, conversion or exchange of Convertible Securities issuable upon exercise of such Below Base Price Options.

  • Schedules 6.4.1-6.4.12 set out the parties’ obligations in respect of the processes and procedures for allocating Price Categories and Price Options (if any) to ICPs.
