Price Interval definition
Price Interval means a period of twenty (20) consecutive trading days during which the average last sale price for Telecorp Class A Common Stock is at least $16.30 (which price shall be adjusted as appropriate for stock splits, stock dividends, recapitalizations, mergers and similar transactions and for ex-dividend trading).
