Price framing definition

Price framing or “promotional framing” means pricing goods in such a way that creates an economic incentive for consumers to purchase products. “Buy one get one free” (“BOGO”) sales are an example of price or promotional framing.” (Id., ¶ 2, Ex. A at 2-3; Zurawski Decl., ¶ 5, Ex. D at 42-46, 70.)
