Price Error definition

Price Error means an obvious misquote by NAGA, or any market, exchange, price providing information source or official on whom we reasonably rely, having regard to the market conditions at the time of a trade is place.

When determining whether a situation amounts to a Price Error, the Company may take into account all information in its possession including, without limitation, any information concerning all relevant market conditions and any error in, or lack of clarity of, as well as any information source or announcement.

  • If a Price Error causes an Account to receive more than the amount to which it otherwise would have been entitled, Company, when requested by Adviser (in accordance with the Fund Reimbursement Policies), will use its best efforts to collect such excess amounts from the applicable Owners.

Related to Price Error

  • Price Source means the price source indicated in the table of Reference Assets comprising the Reference Portfolio under “Return of Your Deposit – Reference Portfolio” under Exchange or, if such price source is discontinued or otherwise unavailable, any other price source deemed reliable and appropriate by the Calculation Agent acting in good faith.

  • Manifest Error means any error that we reasonably believe to be obvious or palpable, including without limitation, offers to execute Transactions for exaggerated volumes of Underlying Assets or at manifestly incorrect market price quotes or prices at a clear loss.

  • Price means an amount of money tendered for goods or services, and includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;

  • Medication error means any preventable event that may cause or lead to inappropriate medication use or patient harm, while the medication is in the control of the health care professional, patient, or consumer. Such events may be related to professional practice, health care products, procedures, and systems including, but not limited to: prescribing; order communication; product labeling, packaging and nomenclature; compounding; dispensing; distribution; administration; education; monitoring; and use.

  • Price Source Disruption means (a) the failure of the Price Source to announce or publish the Reference Price (or the information necessary for determining the Reference Price); or (b) the temporary or permanent discontinuance or unavailability of the Price Source.

  • Day-ahead Loss Price means the Loss Price resulting from the Day-ahead Energy Market.

  • Catalog Pricing and Pricing Requirements This is a requirement of the TIPS Contract and is non-negotiable. In this solicitation and resulting contract, "Catalog Pricing" shall be defined as: "The then available list of goods or services, in the most current listing regardless of date, that takes the form of a catalog, price list, price schedule, shelf-price or other viewable format that:

  • Firm price means the price that is only subject to adjustments in accordance with the actual increase or decrease resulting from the change, imposition, or abolition of customs or excise duty and any other duty, levy, or tax, which, in terms of the law or regulation, is binding on the contractor and demonstrably has an influence on the price of any supplies, or the rendering costs of any service, for the execution of the contract;

  • Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.
