Price Directive definition

Price Directive means the Directive issued by the CRE for the determination of rates and transfer of prices for regulated natural gas activities DIR-GAS-001-2007, or any other superseding or amending directive or administrative provision. “Project” means the installation of new available capacity up to 35,000 MMBtu/d by means of a compression facility.
