Previous Security Documents definition
Previous Security Documents means any mortgages, charges, pledges, assignments, leases or other such documents, agreements, deeds or arrangements pursuant to which any of the Previous Financiers had the benefit of any form of Lien over the Aircraft or any part thereof. Previous Financier means any bank, financial institution or any other entity which has had any right, title or interest of any nature whatsoever in or to the Aircraft or any part thereof.
