Previous Schemes definition
Previous Schemes means any scheme undertaken in accordance with section 111 of FSMA (or its predecessors) to which either ReAssure or RLL is a party, as varied, including the Aegon Scheme, the Aetna Life Scheme, the ALICO Scheme, the Barclays Life Scheme, the Combined Life Scheme, the Crown Life Scheme, the Gresham Scheme, the Guardian Scheme, the HSBC Scheme, the NM Scheme, the Phoenix Scheme, the Virgin Money Scheme and the Zurich Assurance Scheme.
