Previous Plans definition

Previous Plans means the Company’s 1999 Stock Option Plan, the Company’s 2000 Stock Option Plan, the Company’s 2002 Stock Option Plan, the Company’s 2006 Stock Option Plan and the Company’s 2010 Stock Option Plan.
Previous Plans means the CH2M HILL Companies, Ltd. 1999 Stock Option Plan and 2004 Stock Option Plan as defined in Section 1.1.
Previous Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 8.02(c).
