Previous Payments definition

Previous Payments has the meaning specified in Section 13.1.
Previous Payments shall include all amounts therefor paid on account of the work, all charges for materials or service furnished by Contractor and properly chargeable to Subcontractor and all costs incurred by contractor properly chargeable to Subcontractor as obligations of Subcontractor. Any amount not billed by Subcontractor within Ten (10) days following the completion of work by Subcontractor shall not be paid. Contractor shall have the right to withhold payment to Subcontractor for defective work not remedied and for any other breach of this Subcontract by Subcontractor of his subordinate contractors. No payment to Subcontractor by Contractor shall be construed to be an acceptance of any defective work. A final payment, consisting of the unpaid balance of the price, shall be made with fifteen
