Previous Leases definition
Previous Leases means Previous Lease A and Previous Lease B;
Previous Leases has the meaning given in the Other Particulars; “Rent” has the meaning given in the Other Particulars;
Previous Leases means:-(a) Lease of West Block, The Courtyard, ▇▇ - ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ 7DR dated 31 May 2012 between (1) the Landlord and (2) the Tenant;(b) Lease of Lower Ground Office, South Block, ▇▇ - ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ 7DR dated 25 September 2014 between (1) the Landlord and (2) the Tenant;(c) Lease of First Floor Offices, South Block, ▇▇ - ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ 7DR dated 3 June 2015 between (1) the Landlord and (2) the Tenant;
Examples of Previous Leases in a sentence
This clause shall apply to this Lease and also the Previous Leases.
The Parties hereby terminate the Previous Leases and agree that the Previous Leases shall be of no further force or effect.
The Parties wish to terminate the Previous Leases and enter into this Sublease, which shall supersede the Previous Leases and any other leases or subleases between the Parties entered into prior to the Effective Date with respect to the Premises or any part thereof.
