Previous Framework Agreement means one of the agreements with a Gas Supplier for the supply of natural gas to Contracting Bodies which this Framework Agreement partially replaces and supersedes (including both agreements to which the Authority is party and also agreements to which the Ministry of Defence is party), as notified by the Authority to the Supplier.
