Previous Bonds means the bonds with ISIN SE0007186150, issued by the Issuer and which, as part of the Restructuring, have been exchanged into Bonds and Buyer Bonds.

Series 2020 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2020A Bonds and the Series 2020B Bonds.
Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.
Previously Issued Bonds means all Bonds that have been issued by CFD No. 2001-1 prior to the date of prepayment.
